Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.
Workforce Data Strategy (Data Management & Business Intelligence): Develop role-based dashboards, workforce models, and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Development of Power BI and Tableau dashboards, structured data governance, and enterprise reporting.

Data Engineer Candidates work to facilitate Workforce Data Strategy delivering Workforce Planning & Strategic Human Capital Analytics - Training Analytics & Optimization through Build pipelines | manage data | enable analytics.
