    Principal Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently input and update data from various sources into digital databases or spreadsheets using established guidelines and procedures.

    Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistently, promptly correcting any errors.

    Conduct data cleansing and quality control tasks to ensure data integrity, including the identification and resolution of inconsistencies.

    Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through digital channels, providing progress updates, and promptly addressing any data related queries.

    Complete Bid File Part Number Verification; audit bid files received to verify bid files include real part numbers.

    Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and related documentation.

    General data entry pertaining to sales, purchasing, inventory, and bookkeeping.

    Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.

    Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Education, Certifications, and Work Experience

    Relevant education and certification to fulfill the principal responsibilities, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the role.

    Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with Excel abilities.

    Other Requirements and Information

    This position will be begin onsite and can be transitioned to hybrid remote or fully remote work.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.

    Reliable internet access and dedicated workspace for remote work.

    When required, be present for companywide meetings and training needs.

    Background check required.
