    About the Role:

    As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and responsive. From handling high-volume data entry to providing receptionist support, your work will contribute directly to the accuracy and reliability clients expect from a top-tier mortgage service provider.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Open, sort, and distribute mail with care and accuracy
    • Accurately enter high volumes of check/payment data and maintain clear digital records
    • Run and distribute reports to support informed decision-making
    • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, serving as backup to the receptionist
    • Perform various clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations

    • Experience using a multi-line telephone system
    • Reliable transportation to the San Antonio office

    Schedule:

    • Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
    • Flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
