  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk for one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. This is a long-term temporary position. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

    Hours: First Shift.

    Compensation: $18.00 per hour

    Position Summary: Responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into computer systems and databases. Handles sensitive information with a high level of integrity and ensuring data accuracy, keeping all files and databases in order and up to date.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and copying documents.
    • Create the requested AQL's and release ASN's.
    • Analyze the historical information and be able to decide if the requested styles are (Will Skip or Will QC).
    • Accurately input and update data into the company database, spreadsheets, and other data management systems (FDM4, Audit Analysis and Rejection Summary).
    • Complete the 100% rejection chart.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information and correcting errors.
    • Verify data by comparing it to source documents and confirm the accuracy of information.
    • Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries and changes made.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify data discrepancies and ensure accurate information flow.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Complete data entry tasks within specified time frames to meet deadlines.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Prior data entry experience is required.
    • Experience working within textile factories or weaving companies preferred.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, and SharePoint) is required.
    • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
