Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Prepare reports and summaries as requested
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information integrity
Work closely with other departments to ensure information alignment
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and typing software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
