    Position Overview

    Crossroads Talent Solutions is seeking a Medical Data Entry Clerk to support the Ohio Army National Guard. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating medical readiness data for service members using government systems. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative or data entry experience who are looking to gain experience in a healthcare and government environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Enter, update, and maintain medical data in government databases (e.g., MEDPROS)

    Review records for accuracy and perform data corrections as needed

    Generate reports related to medical readiness and compliance

    Scan, index, and organize medical documentation

    Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

    Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and privacy guidelines

    Support medical readiness processing and respond to data inquiries as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or office work

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data

    Ability to work onsite in a structured environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in medical records, healthcare administration, or data management

    Prior military, government, or contractor experience

    Familiarity with databases or recordkeeping systems

    Additional Requirements

    Must be able to pass a background check for installation access

    Must be eligible to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)

    Must possess a valid REAL ID–compliant driver's license or state identification card (required for CAC issuance and base access)

    Must complete required government training (provided)
