    POSITION: Data Entry Clerk (Level III)

    FULLTIME: 40 Hours

    LOCATION: Louisville, KY 40222

    SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 9am – 5pm EST

    PAY RANGE: $18.00 – 19.00 hourly
    (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable contractor to perform data entry tasks supporting our Merchant Acquiring onboarding.
    • The contractor will perform data entry keying to support the onboarding of merchant clients by entering, updating, and verifying data into a web based, onboarding tool.
    • Contractor will also need to understand credit policy and collaborate with credit officers to ensure Merchant Acquiring opportunity is approved.
    • Department function – Merchant onboarding/data entry

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
    • 2+ years of data entry experience; high school diploma.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, high accuracy and low error rate, fast and efficient typing skills, strong organizational skills, proficient with MS Office- especially Microsoft Excel, excellent focus and concentration, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
    • Use of computers and technology
