    We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This position is remote , offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while supporting vital back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input, update, and maintain medical transportation records and service logs in our system

    • Verify and correct data as necessary to ensure accuracy

    • Maintain electronic files in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies

    • Collaborate with billing and dispatch departments to support daily operations

    • Respond to internal data requests in a timely and professional manner

    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols

    • Participate in regular virtual check-ins with the administrative team (remote)

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required

    • 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry software

    • Excellent typing speed and accuracy

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

    • Effective communication skills for remote team collaboration
