    Key Responsibilities

    • Remote Data Management: Accurately input and update patient records, billing information, and other essential data into our systems from a remote workspace.
    • Data Accuracy: Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies to maintain high standards of accuracy.
    • Secure Documentation: Organize and manage electronic files in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
    • Report Compilation: Generate reports as requested to support remote clinical and administrative teams.
    • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and leadership in a remote environment to resolve data-related queries or issues.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data entry processes for greater efficiency in a remote setup.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
