We are currently seeking a Data Entry Customer Representative to join our team in New York. This position plays a key role in supporting our customer service operations by ensuring accurate data processing and providing excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account data in internal systems
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses via email and internal communication tools
Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections
Generate reports and assist with data-related projects
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a structured environment
