Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while also handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update customer and transaction data into internal databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved problems when necessary
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and data entries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry and/or customer service roles
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
