    The Data Entry Customer Service Representative will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer data in our database, while providing high-quality support and assistance to clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help ensure data integrity and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately input customer information (names, addresses, order details, payment data) into the company’s database system

    • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain up-to-date records

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing clear and courteous assistance

    • Resolve basic account issues, such as order status, billing questions, and address updates

    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, billing, and technical support) to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns

    • Produce routine reports on data accuracy and customer service metrics

    • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations

    • Identify process improvements to streamline data entry workflows and enhance customer satisfaction

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or coursework in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred

    • Proven experience (1–2 years) in data entry, customer service, or administrative support roles

    • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy

    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/database software

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus

    • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks

    • Ability to problem-solve and escalate issues appropriately when needed

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
