Responsibilities
Enter and update customer and property information in internal databases
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy
Follow company policies and procedures for handling confidential information
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
