Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Customer Service professional to support our operations in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into company systems while assisting customers with inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain customer data and service records
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide product and service information clearly and efficiently
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex matters as needed
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
Perform routine audits to verify accuracy of entered data
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
