We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative who can efficiently manage information and provide exceptional support to customers. This role combines accuracy and communication, offering the perfect balance of independent work and collaborative interaction in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems with attention to detail
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Generate basic reports and assist in preparing data for internal analysis
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset
Communicate product, service, and policy information clearly and effectively
Document all customer interactions and feedback to support service and process improvements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
