We’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative to keep information accurate while delivering top-notch support to our customers. This position offers a mix of focused, detail-driven work and engaging customer interaction in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems with attention to detail
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Generate basic reports and assist in preparing data for internal analysis
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset
- Communicate product, service, and policy information clearly and effectively
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to support service and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
