    • Accurately input and manage data related to client projects, invoices, and restoration jobs.
    • Update and maintain databases with job details, customer information, and project statuses.
    • Process paperwork, including insurance claims and service reports.
    • Collaborate with our restoration team to ensure seamless communication and documentation.
    • Perform general administrative tasks to support office efficiency.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
