Position Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining various property-related data in the company's systems. This role ensures the proper documentation and updating of tenant information, leases, payments, and property maintenance records, playing a crucial part in supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update tenant information, lease agreements, and property details into the property management software.
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments, financial transactions, and property maintenance requests.
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist with generating reports on occupancy, tenant status, and financial summaries.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure timely and accurate data entry related to property operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure all records are compliant with company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional data entry or administrative certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably within a property management or real estate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with property management software.
