We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to help manage and maintain critical patient, billing, and service data. This position is fully remote and perfect for individuals who excel in precision, thrive on structure, and are comfortable working independently. You'll play a key role in keeping our digital records up to date and secure.
Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into internal databases and systems
Cross-check and validate information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Work cross-functionally with dispatch, billing, and compliance teams
Assist with data audits and system updates as needed
Participate in regular virtual meetings and remote collaboration sessions
Complete tasks efficiently while meeting daily and weekly productivity benchmarks
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
1–2 years of prior experience in data entry or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
