We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Data Management & Analyst to keep up with company documents, marketing material, and fulfillment of documentation requirements from our customers and or government regulations; Organize and manage all essential data of the company. Must be trained or have used QuickBooks, EDI, experienced with food safety, specifications, and knowledge of using an image app. for editing, publishing. Responsibilities: • Own and maintain internal databases related to products, SKUs, customers, and inventory • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate data input and alignment across systems • Upload marketing data and information to the business-related portal or website Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience with QuickBooks, EDI, in data entry, reporting, or analysis (preferably in manufacturing, food, or logistics) • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have • Familiarity with food manufacturing, inventory systems, or quality tracking • Experience building simple dashboards or visualizations • Basic knowledge of food compliance documentation (e.g., lot tracking, COAs) Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
