Data Entry Technician-Remote
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Technician to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining client and mortgage-related data across multiple platforms. Your precision and efficiency will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our mortgage processing and client support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter client and mortgage application data into internal systems and CRM
Update records and ensure all information is complete, consistent, and error-free
Digitize and organize documents, including income verification, credit reports, and identification
Assist mortgage brokers and administrators with document tracking and data verification
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards and company policies
Identify data inconsistencies and flag missing information for resolution
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role (experience in mortgage, finance, or real estate industries is an asset)
Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Knowledge of mortgage processes and terminology is a plus
Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
