    About the Role:

    Responsibilities:

    Enter and update customer information in our database accurately.

    Verify data for accuracy and completeness.

    Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files.

    Support team members with data-related inquiries and tasks.

    Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure consistency.

    Collaborate with other departments to streamline data processes.

    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Complete additional administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

    Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
