We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into systems and databases accurately and within tight deadlines. You should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of data management procedures.
Responsibilities
****Accurately enter data into digital systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting any errors as necessary.
Update and maintain existing databases and systems with new information, ensuring data is well-organized and easily accessible.
Process and organize large volumes of data, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure that entered data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information while handling data entry tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including scanning, filing, or document management.
Requirements
****High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and error-free work.
Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Google Workspace). Ability to work with data management systems or CRM software is a plus.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.
Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and in accordance with privacy laws or company policies.
Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.
High school diploma or equivalent
