    Data Integration Developer

    Location: Malvern, PA

    Duration: 6+ Months

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer with expertise in financial banking environments to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions, specifically leveraging Snowflake, Salesforce, and other modern cloud platforms. This role requires deep proficiency in data integration tools, robust understanding of data management practices, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders across banking operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Integration: Develop, maintain, and optimize data integration processes using platforms such as Talend or similar ETL tools, particularly for integrating financial banking data into

    Salesforce and Snowflake. Ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data flow between core banking systems, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other related applications.

    Web Services and APIs: Design, develop, and integrate secure, efficient, and scalable web services APIs for real-time and batch data exchanges within financial services contexts.Integrate banking APIs with Salesforce and Snowflake to ensure accurate data alignment across customer relationship management and data warehouse environments.

    Data Warehousing: Architect and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions to support financial analytics, compliance reporting, and business intelligence. Conduct data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity across financial datasets.

    System Integration: Collaborate closely with IT, sales, operations, compliance, and risk management teams to effectively integrate banking data from various internal and external sources. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, and third-party financial applications.

    Performance Optimization: Monitor, assess, and enhance performance of data integration pipelines, particularly those involving Salesforce and Snowflake, to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. Proactively identify and resolve data bottlenecks and inefficiencies specific to banking and financial data processes.

    Documentation: Create thorough documentation detailing data integration processes, data mappings between banking platforms, Salesforce, and Snowflake configurations. Maintain up-to-date records and guides that facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance adherence.

    Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for data integration issues, quickly troubleshooting and resolving problems impacting banking operations, Salesforce, or Snowflake environments.

    Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in financial data integration, Salesforce CRM, and cloud data warehousing solutions. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency, quality, and reliability within the financial banking ecosystem.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in data integration roles, specifically within financial services or banking.
    • Proven expertise in Snowflake data warehousing and Salesforce integration.
    • Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Talend or Informatica.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in web services API development and integration.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with cloud-based integration tools and platforms.
    • Advanced SQL knowledge and familiarity with relational databases.
    • Understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance (e.g., Dodd-Frank), and data quality practices specific to the banking industry.
