ALTERYX DEVELOPER – HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY
SALARY: commensurate with experience
LOCATION: US, Remote

POSITION SUMMARY:
Data Meaning is a Business Intelligence & Data Analytics consulting company. We provide top consulting services to companies throughout the US, generating flexible solutions for our clients in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Project Management.

We are looking for an Alteryx Developer with a specialty in the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will have the Alteryx Core certification (at least), 5 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare industry, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deep healthcare industry knowledge, awareness of key business drivers and supporting vernacular
- Exceptional storytelling/writing/editing and content creation skills
- 3-5 years of healthcare analytics experience
- Solid understanding of the Alteryx platform, Analytics, Data Science and the overall competitive landscape
- Demonstrated creativity and proven track record in designing and implementing programs within Healthcare organizations
- Cerner, Epic or other Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications knowledge (implementation, design, support, reporting)
- Knowledge of common EHR clinical/operational database tables and structure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly skilled in both Alteryx Designer and Server, a Subject Matter Expert and mentor for others
- Alteryx Core Certified REQUIRED
- 1-2 years of clinical analysis experience
- Working knowledge of visualization platforms including Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Qlik.
- Experience collaborating with departments like Revenue Cycle, Outpatient, Population Health and Human Capital
- Working knowledge of common hospital inpatient clinical processes and terminology
- Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare technology related field (Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Information Systems)
- Ability to communicate and synthesize technical and business information to technical and non-technical individual stakeholders.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver quality work within strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities and acting with a sense of urgency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Alteryx Partner or Alteryx Designer Advanced Certifications
- Alteryx Server Technical Certification strongly preferred
- Remote work experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Python and R
