    SUPPLY STOCK CLERK

    Data Monitor Systems, Inc. is looking for a Supply Stock Clerk for a position located at Tinker AFB, OK.

    This position coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, and assemblies to customers for support of their material requirements. Reviews requirements and confers with customers to determine material required. Requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to department according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material. Validate, monitor, and coordinate as necessary, the status of parts ordered and/or received. Arranges issue of materials to meet production schedules. Monitors and compiles reports of quantity and type of material on hand. May be required to train customers and co-workers on basic functions in a one-on-one basis. Coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, and assemblies to customers for support of their material requirements.

    • Reviews schedules and confers with customers to determine material required.
    • Requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to department according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material.
    • Arranges issue of materials to meet mission schedules.
    • Monitor movement of material and parts through the Supply chain pipeline.
    • May compile perpetual production records in order to locate material in process of production, using manual or computerized system.
    • May be required to train customers and co-workers on basic supply functions in a one-on-one basis.
    • Will provide proficiency training when necessary.
    • Perform all functions using available hardware/software (i.e. SBSS/CAMS/FEDLOG, ILSS DPAS, etc.).
    • Maintain, review, analyze reports and listings and take necessary required actions.
    • Take logistic actions as deemed necessary by data contained on reports/listings. May make recommendations based on data contained on reports/listings.
    • Perform necessary housekeeping.
    • Receives specific guidance from supervisors, lead personnel, or other officials for performance of non-routine tasks.
    • Ability to obtain a Favorable clearance.
    • Air Force background in Inventory Management preferred.

    EDUCATION - High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
