Coding Operations Lead Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

Position Summary

The Team Lead provides operational oversight of coding personnel and ensures compliance with SOW requirements, performance standards, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and balance workload across coding staff.

Conduct coding calibration sessions.

Review complex or ambiguous records.

Monitor productivity and timeliness metrics.

Coordinate with QA Lead on performance trends.

Support staffing continuity and surge activation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years experience in occupational coding or data processing.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of NAICS/SOC classification frameworks.

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
