Key Responsibilities: Must be able to work in the office. This is not a remote position.
Perform accurate and timely data entry for client, inventory, and program records
Create, compile and generate monthly reports using Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Analyze program data and survey responses to support performance tracking and storytelling
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
Assist with tracking class participation and survey outcomes for multiple grants
Collaborate with staff to ensure timely, consistent data collection across programs
Support intake coordination at distributions and special events when needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, reporting), Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent data entry and data analysis skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Calm and professional demeanor; empathetic to families in crisis
Reliable and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support community distribution events
Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends as needed.
Associates degree required
Level II background check required
