VulcanForms is hiring a Data Science Co-op for our Digital Engineering Team at our Devens, MA headquarters and production facility.

Job Purpose

As a Data Science Co-op, you will work with the engineering team as they design and build cutting edge additive manufacturing technology.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop computer vision algorithms to address specific problems in 3D printing.
• Assist in the development of deep learning models and the labeling of datasets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in python, opencv and pytorch
• Knowledge of image processing and CNN network
• Ability to work with multiple different teams in a cross-collaborative environment

Additional information

• This is a paid co-op/internship opportunity starting in January 2025 and will last for 2-5 months
• We are currently not able to provide temporary housing for non-local applicants
