Data Scientist – AI & ML (Contract – No Sponsorship)

IQ Clarity has an Irving, TX based client that is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to assist with a major project.  This is a contract-only role focused on building and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Research, prototype, and develop AI models for personalization and optimization

• Deploy ML solutions to production and evaluate their performance in real-world environments

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and data stakeholders to deliver impactful AI features

• Stay current with emerging ML technologies and frameworks

• Conduct statistical experiments and analysis to validate model effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data science and ML model development

• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and feature engineering

• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field

Preferred:

• Experience using the Databricks platform

• Background in working with large-scale structured and unstructured data
