We need someone with a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong technical expertise in reporting and familiarity with data warehousing and data migrations.     A TYPICAL DAY IN SOFTWARE SUPPORT:

    Meet with team members to review projects and tasks and assist in resolving barriers

    Project planning including timeline and staff assignment for upcoming projects

    Review overarching progress toward company priorities

    Meet with customers to gather and define requirements for data reporting, exports, or migration projects.

    Supervise and support a team of Technical Specialists working on reports, data transformations and integrations, and data migrations.

    Communicate with partner companies with whom we have or are planning to create integrations

    Participate in strategic initiatives and support company-wide data-related projects as needed.

    REQUIRED:

    Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in data management or data engineering.

    Strong project management skills with experience leading technical teams.

    Business Analyst skills

    Deep understanding of data management principles and best practices.

    Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques, particularly Power BI.

    Experience with data migrations

    Familiarity with common types of system integrations

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

    STRONGLY PREFERRED:

    Familiarity with web applications, SQL and data warehousing

    Familiarity with Azure Fabric, PowerBI, and Azure Data Factory

    Software support/Help desk experience

    Knowledge of empowOR software

    Knowledge of Community Action Agencies Network and Programs

    Experience with ticketing or project management software

    This is a remote position.
