As part of a new unified data platform initiative, we are building a team that will not only centralize and govern data, but also turn it into useful, workflow-driven solutions for end users. This includes data products, visualization layers, dashboards, and business-facing applications that help teams interact with data more effectively.

As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will sit closer to the user-facing layer of the platform. You will work with stakeholders to understand workflows, identify needs, and build solutions that improve how teams consume, interpret, and act on data.

What You’ll Do

• Build data-driven applications, dashboards, and workflow solutions on top of the unified platform
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Partner with users to understand not only what they ask for, but what they actually need
• Create intuitive ways for users to consume and work with data
• Collaborate with platform engineers to ensure upstream systems support downstream use cases
• Contribute to data visualization, reporting, and solution design across the organization
• Help identify adjacent opportunities where data can unlock additional value for users

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building internal tools, data products, dashboards, or workflow-oriented applications
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and modern data tooling
• Experience working with BI or visualization tooling and data-facing applications
• Ability to bridge technical implementation and end-user needs
• Product-minded approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Ownership mindset and willingness to work in ambiguity
