Overview Provides administrative, documentation, and technical support across all clinic locations. This role ensures clinical documentation compliance, supports CentralReach operations, assists with technology setup, and helps maintain efficient administrative systems that support high-quality client services. This is an entry level position and is on-site at our Fort Myers location.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Compliance
Conduct internal note audits for service codes 97151, 97155, 97156, and 97153 to ensure documentation meets company and regulatory standards.
Monitor note completion and submission deadlines across staff.
Assign CentralReach tasks when documentation is incomplete or missing.
Notify the Director when documentation tasks remain incomplete after reminders.
CentralReach Administration
Create and manage appointments and scheduling in CentralReach.
Update and maintain CentralReach form templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the CentralReach representative and staff for company system needs, troubleshooting, and updates.
Technology & Staff Support
Provide basic IT support for staff as needed.
Set up laptops and technology for new hires, ensuring appropriate access to required systems.
Electronic Records Management
Maintain and oversee the electronic client filing system in SharePoint.
Ensure administrators upload required documentation promptly and accurately.
Monitor file organization to maintain compliance with client documentation and record-keeping regulations.
