We are seeking an aggressive, forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be the first contact for any IT related issues as they come in. They will process each circumstance with priority while keeping customer service at the forefront. The ideal candidate will possess the following: * Basic or beginning IT knowledge * Proven record of dependability * 1 year of Helpdesk experience preferred * Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Solid attendance record
