Overview
BryceTech is seeking a Digital Analytics Analyst to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of International Engagement (OIE). This role is responsible for developing, editing, and publishing digital content, as well as analyzing and reporting web performance metrics to enhance ITA’s online presence and stakeholder engagement. The Analyst will directly support OIE leadership in content strategy, digital analytics, and continuous process improvement to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and publish digital content for internal and external audiences.
Support OIE leadership in shaping and executing content strategies to improve visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze web performance data and create PowerBI dashboards and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital communications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in digital publishing and analytics workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely content publication.
Track, evaluate, and report on digital engagement metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with agency standards for web content and analytics reporting.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, data analytics, marketing, information management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital content development, web analytics, or related fields.
Demonstrated knowledge of web analytics tools, website publishing platforms, and digital content strategy.
Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
Experience using SharePoint and other enterprise content management systems.
Familiarity with federal agency digital communication standards.
Strong data visualization skills and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
Experience coordinating content across teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
