    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Engineer with a background in finance and extensive experience working with large language models. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI-powered products and services.This is a long-term contract with a hybrid work model (2 days on-site) in NYC or Stamford,CT.


    Responsibilities:

    • Offer top-tier technical assistance to resolve issues related to our large language models, ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.
    • Utilize your deep understanding of financial concepts and practices to provide context-aware support and insights, enhancing the value of our solutions.
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists, channeling customer feedback and contributing to product enhancements.
    • Documentation and Training**: Create comprehensive support documentation, guidelines, and training materials tailored to our financial services audience.
    • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimizing downtime.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored support.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, with at least 2 years focused on supporting large language models in a financial context.
      • Profound knowledge of large language models (such as GPT, BERT, etc.) and their applications in finance.
      • Strong programming skills in languages like Python or Java.
      • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their machine learning services.
      • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical issues.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Solid understanding of financial concepts, terminology, and industry practices.
