We are seeking a seasoned Neural Network and AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of neural network models, especially deep learning and Foundation models. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and fine-tuning AI models, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the technologies and modalities in the Generative AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune neural network models, with a focus on deep learning and Foundation models.
• Build and optimize Foundation models, including LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and modalities in the Generative AI space.
• Provide expertise on LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement deep learning and neural network solutions using popular libraries and GPUs.
• Understand and optimize computer and GPU architectures for AI applications.
• Conduct processor and system-level performance modeling to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor and manage technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing neural network models, especially deep learning models, and Foundation models.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and fine-tuning Foundation models, including LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Minimum of 5 years of strong working knowledge of the different technologies and modalities in the Generative AI space.
• Minimum of 5 years of familiarity with different LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning and neural networks, particularly in training large language models with popular libraries and GPUs.
• Minimum of 5 years of working knowledge of computer architecture, with a focus on GPU architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with processor and system-level performance modeling.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical team management or team mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of work experience. (If holding an Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience).
