Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, or a related field required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX or a closely related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your user-centered design expertise

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and creative resolution skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to adapt and integrate into company culture
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet critical deadlines
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web building blocks preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX Researchers/Analysts and Product Teams, transforming wireframes/prototypes into visually appealing designs that align with user needs and brand guidelines
• Participate in user research initiatives and conduct independent research to inform creative solutions
• Develop interactive, narrative wireframes and create engaging visual design solutions to achieve user-centered goals
• Validate designs through user testing, iterating based on test results
• Contribute to the development and communication of the user design process for various initiatives
• Design low to mid-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals, usability, and feasibility
• Utilize and enhance our web pattern library, ensuring consistency across digital platforms
• Provide visual design assets for usability testing and collaborate with Business and IT partners following AGILE methodology
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and contributing fresh ideas to the team
