    DataShield is a provider of secure, nationally certified information disposal services for companies throughout the Mid-West. We help our clients protect their data through: on-site and plant-based paper shredding, data destruction, records management, and compliance training. We are seeking an experienced inside sales/account manager. This position is responsible for increasing existing client’s revenue, adding new clients, and other sales/client services duties as necessary. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service is key.

    Job Duties:

    Maintain client accounts with a friendly service-oriented demeanor.

    Sales support functions including preparing quotations, agreements, and change orders.

    Respond to, investigate, and gather data on all sales inquiries as well as identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.

    Customer account/service management.

    Maintain and grow clients through renewal process.

    Onsite client presentations.

    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.

    Special projects as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Three years of related experience. Familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures of the role. Proven track record of success.Ability to communicate.Motivated by growing existing clients as well as prospecting and landing new clients.

    Key Competencies

    Verbal and written communication skills, professional personal presentation, customer service orientation, sales ability, ability to organize and plan with strong attention to detail.
