As Sales Enablement you will be responsible for
What you will do:
Partner with Sales Ops, Solution Engineering & Product Marketing to develop curriculum and learnings that improve Field Productivity
Create and Deliver learning content, assess understanding, and provide 1:1 feedback to optimize each field member (Sales Reps & DAs)
Lead with Product - Develop and roll-out content/programs that establishes trust and credibility with deeply technical audiences. Demonstrates the value of our products, and enables the Field to do the same (demos, POCs, etc.) by Showing with code.
Provide data-driven PoV on key areas for learning, validate skill understanding, and measure knowledge retention & application
Build relationships across the business and use subject matter experts to help enhance enablement programs and content
Your experience should include:
Technical First - Field needs to feel like they are learning from a technical expert who is able to lead the creation of technical content, and deliver in a way that everyone can understand and execute against
Agile - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with learning needs that evolve and change rapidly, based on our evolving product and GTM strategy
Collaborative - Able to work seamlessly across Product, Marketing and Field
Data-Driven - Able to develop and execute enablement based on data-driven insights on whats most important & consistently assess impact
Engaging - Presents in such a way that the audience leans in on learnings, wants to learn more, and run with whatever content is delivered.
