Reports to: WFWNC Director
Position Summary:
The Database Administrator manages the Salesforce database to ensure accurate and timely tracking of employment-related data for all WFWNC clients. This role may also fulfill the duties of an Employment Counselor as needed.
Qualifications:
Two (2) years of administrative database experience.
Strong recordkeeping and data analysis skills.
Ability to interpret and manage confidential data with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and audit client data daily in Salesforce (or designated platform), resolving inconsistencies and ensuring policy alignment.
Scan/index records, prepare responses for information requests, and support automation contingency planning.
Analyze and generate weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports for command compliance and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and support strategic goals.
Maintain database logs and contribute to planning through data-driven recommendations.
