Database Sales Agent Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and turning consistent communication into real estate opportunities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized with follow-up, and interested in developing business from an established team database. A major focus of this position is reaching out to people already within our network, including past contacts, property owners, rental owners, investors, and prospective clients. You will reconnect with these relationships, invite contacts to investor events and team events, provide relevant real estate updates, and identify opportunities where our team can assist with buying, selling, investing, or other real estate needs. You will also help maintain consistent communication before and after events, follow up with attendees, organize future opportunities, and keep relationships active over time. The goal is not simply making calls. It is creating conversations that strengthen our database, increase event participation, uncover client needs, and lead to appointments and future transactions. As opportunities develop, you will have the ability to participate in client sales and build your own production. Through coaching, team systems, and hands-on experience, you will strengthen your communication, lead conversion, follow-up, appointment setting, and sales skills while learning how to turn a strong database into a consistent source of business. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, takes initiative, follows through consistently, and wants a role that combines relationship building, events, inside sales, and client opportunities.
