The Delia Group, one of Southeast Michigan’s fastest-growing and most trusted real estate teams, is seeking a motivated and high-energy Phone Sales Representative to help convert inbound leads into appointments for our expert agents. You'll be the first voice clients hear—and the key to unlocking their journey into homeownership or sale. Compensation: • Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000+ • Unlimited Bonus Potential based on performance • PTO and Paid Holidays • Health Benefits • Ongoing Training and Coaching • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Respond to new inbound leads quickly and professionally—within 2 minutes or less • Make 100+ outbound contact attempts daily via phone, text, email, and other platforms • Conduct at least 20 two-way conversations per day to qualify leads and uncover needs • Set a minimum of 15 qualified appointments weekly for our buyer and listing agents • Maintain detailed records in our CRM, tracking status, notes, and appointments • Engage in daily team huddles, sales roleplays, and performance coaching • Contribute to a positive team culture, staying aligned with our brand values and standards Qualifications: • A competitive mindset and a strong desire to be a top performer • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to manage digital workflows • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms • A natural hunter mentality—motivated to seek out and pursue opportunities • Strong relationship-building abilities and a people-first approach • Proven ability to set and secure appointments through phone-based outreach • Quick to absorb and apply structured sales processes Compensation: $80,000+ Expected First Year Earnings
