    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Datacenter & Virtualization Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise datacenter infrastructure and VMware ESXi environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale virtualization and datacenter solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, and DRS environments

    Lead datacenter infrastructure operations including compute, storage, and virtualization

    Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization

    Manage host upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and hardware refresh

    Configure and manage enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) integration

    Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

    Handle complex troubleshooting across virtualization, storage, and server hardware

    Ensure security hardening and compliance within the virtual infrastructure

    Work closely with network, security, and application teams

    Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers

    Mandatory Skills:

    10+ years of experience in Datacenter Operations & Virtualization

    Strong hands-on expertise in VMware ESXi & vCenter (enterprise scale)

    Experience with HA, DRS, vMotion, SRM

    Experience with enterprise storage technologies (EMC, NetApp, Pure, etc.)

    Strong understanding of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS)

    Experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation

    Knowledge of backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)
