  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Consult with business partners and IT leaders to assist in identifying and understanding problems or improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate technologies, software and system solutions that scale and perform. Consider a system-wide, architectural view of solutions
    • Working with the client and NTT DATA project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design
    • Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions
    • Generate user and technical documentation
    • Train end users and system administrators
    • Create, update, and review project plans, manage project team, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines
    • Assist the client to create a roadmap for the deployment of ZeOmega Jiva
    • Mentor and guide team members and work as a Care Management SME for the client teams

    Basic Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of experience directly managing software implementation projects - Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in COTS solutions - Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment, using Azure services and API calls

    PREFERRED SKILLS: - Minimum of 3 full lifecycle COTS implementations (Analysis - Deployment) - Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills (in English language), work well in teams, and instill customer confidence - Strong customer relationship skills and experience - Ability to establish priorities and work independently
