Consult with business partners and IT leaders to assist in identifying and understanding problems or improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate technologies, software and system solutions that scale and perform. Consider a system-wide, architectural view of solutions
Working with the client and NTT DATA project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design
Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions
Generate user and technical documentation
Train end users and system administrators
Create, update, and review project plans, manage project team, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines
Assist the client to create a roadmap for the deployment of ZeOmega Jiva
Mentor and guide team members and work as a Care Management SME for the client teams
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience directly managing software implementation projects
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in COTS solutions
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment, using Azure services and API calls
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 3 full lifecycle COTS implementations (Analysis - Deployment)
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills (in English language), work well in teams, and instill customer confidence
Strong customer relationship skills and experience
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
