    Job Description

    6+ MONTHS 9:30 AM – 6 PM (30 MIN LUNCH OR 9 AM – 6 PM WITH HOUR LUNCH) In this role, the HR Administrator will help to support around 400 employees supporting our Safety Productivity and Solutions business group. Provide HR support for the HGAS Business Group while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Administrative support • Lead training and development with hourly employees • Provide recruitment support to include sourcing candidates, communicating with applicants, screening applications • Handle routine employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors. • Maintain and audit I-9 documentation and files. • Assist with benefit enrollments • Process required documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper payroll deductions. • Conduct audits of invoices and other data/processes as requested. • Assist with employee event coordination and participate in events. • Run reports as needed. YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associates Degree required.
