    IT Business Development/Account Manager

     

    Datatang's San Francisco Bay Area office is seeking an experienced new business development and account manager, who is responsible for developing and awarding new AI-related projects, driving revenue growth by building and expanding new and existing client relationships, following up with current customers' daily events, prospecting to identify new and additional opportunities, qualifying and developing opportunities with the top technology company around the world. The account manager will be working with a team in China to provide solutions based on clients' requirements.

     

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    IT Business Development

     

    ·       Identify, generate, and develop new sale opportunities

     

    ·       Customer visits and meeting, attend conferences, Join marketing events and shows

     

    ·       Prepare and present professional, detailed proposals that support customer needs

     

    ·       Develop strong expertise in our products and services

     

    ·       Become an expert in AI technologies, understand the machine learning lifecycle from start to finish

     

     

    On-going project follow-up (Customer Retention)

     

    ·       Daily issue follow-up and make sure we are on track to deliver according to client specifications.

     

    ·       Product EOL management

     

    ·       Strengthen the relationship with the customers

     

    Supervising Sales Revenue & Profit

     

    ·       Maximize the revenue & profit

     

    ·       Ability to achieve & exceed sales quotas

     

     

    Job Requirements:

     

    ·       BA or higher education

     

    ·       Minimum 3 years IT industry experience and business development

     

    ·       Bi-lingual English / Chinese

     

    ·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish deep, genuine relationships

     

    ·       International trading terms & conditions knowledge

     

    ·       IT industry product knowledge preferred
