Maintain integrity of human resources records including HRIS, ATS, Red Carpet, Employee Files, Shared HR electronic records, benefit provider websites, and external state and federal reporting systems. Ensure advanced organizational records preparation for internal and external audits. Perform benefits plan maintenance, administration, and processing to include health plans, retirement plans, and employee benefits. Coordinate effective scheduling of phone, technical screens and interviews with candidates and hiring team. Coordinate employee onboarding and exiting materials. Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately; maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (visitor log, issuing badges). Coordinate and organize catering as needed. Receive, process and track facility-related invoices. Coordinate travel as requested. Maintain supply closet and employee break room. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying etc.
