    Job Description

    POSITION: CORRIGO DATA ANALYST

    LOCATION: CALIFORNIA

    DURATION: LONG TERM

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 10-15 YEARS

    The Systems Analyst supports the client and account leadership team through system administration, data analysis, process documentation, and training. This role will look for trends in data to find process improvements, particularly around Corrigo and technologies. The role will also supports project closeouts by capturing and loading asset data. The Systems Analyst will administer the facility management system, Corrigo, at the direction of the account's Performance Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • DATA ANALYTICS AND ASSET ADMINISTRATION
      • Support problem solving teams to develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniques
      • Support project closeouts by capturing relevant asset data, coordinating with other functional areas, and loading data into Corrigo.
      • Map new asset data to existing schedules and make appropriate changes or provide findings to FM team to disposition.
    • CORRIGO SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
      • Manage the JLL Corrigo work order system in partnership with the Performance Manager
      • Responsible for system and user process documentation; developing new documentation as required and updates to existing documentation.
      • Conduct training and build training documentation and QRGs for account team and client
      • Request system changes via Corrigo Data Governance Process
      • Provide new user training, advanced user training and new feature training to the account and client staff as required.
      • Configuration of system notification messages, print formats, and other inbound/outbound communication mechanisms.
      • Develop and deploy inspection forms supporting the building engineering team.
      • Maintain Property Hub for property data governance across JLL technologies supporting the account.

    EDUCATION

    • High School or Equivalent: preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience managing CMMS/ work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics
    • Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office
    • SharePoint administration experience a plus.
    • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
    • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints without direct supervision.
