    SCRUM MASTER - PRODUCT OWNER

    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING SAFE

    We are looking for Agile Delivery Leaders, such as Product Owners/Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers and Agile Coaches, in addition to Project and Program Managers, to add to our enterprise team.  These positions will focus on helping companies across various industries to design a development roadmap; improve strategy and reduce costs; deliver product development strategies (organization, global footprint, cost management, processes and metrics); utilize best practice methodologies; and enable technology solutions and change management programs to help improve a company’s operation.

    THIS IS A 100% REMOTE POSITION

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Are you looking to expand your Agile perspective into multiple roles across a variety of clients?
    • Are you able to transition into different Agile roles dependent on what is needed?
    • Do you have experience as a scrum master, agile coach, release train engineer, product owner, or product manager?

    NOW, IMAGINE YOURSELF:

    • Leading a variety of initiatives for differing client teams.
    • Leading teams of individuals, including other project managers.
    • Setting and managing client expectations specific to the project or product.
    • Delivering engaging, informative, well-organized business solutions and presentations.
    • Communicating project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and business sponsors.
    • Ensuring project deliverables are on time and on budget, while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
    • Mitigating project risks and managing issues.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Deep understanding in SAFe & Scrum
    • Experience in other Agile flavor such as  XP, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, DevOps, etc. is also important
    • Facilitate scrum meetings, Sprint Zero, Setup Sprints, Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospectives.
    • Understanding product strategy as it relates to the overall agility of the business.
    • Develop product roadmaps.
    • Oversee product features, stories, and overall direction as executed by Agile teams.
    • Create and maintain product backlogs.
    • Setup and facilitate Releases.
    • Capture and support story creation, facilitate story breakdowns, and capture estimates.
    • Track sprint metrics (e.g., velocity, defects, sprint goals, etc.).
    • Utilize information radiators such as burndown charts.
    • Anticipates and responds to changes in direction, priority, and sprint performance.
    • Ensure team members update their tasks and log time in the project management tool.
    • Resolve roadblocks for the team.
    • Apply sprint metrics to facilitate planning and forecasting.
    • Knowledge of and ability to facilitate Release Planning sessions.
    • Knowledge of and ability to facilitate Backlog grooming.
    • Proven ability to lead and drive teams to conceptualize, develop and implement concepts using various tools and technologies.
    • Preferred: College degree or equivalent in technology-related field (computer science, engineering, information technology, etc.).
    • Practical education or experience in a technology related field – could include bootcamps and focused educational programs.
    • Project experience in delivering technology solutions in a team-based environment, ideally Agile development.
