    Your responsibilities would include:

    • Serving as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless transactions.
    • Engaging with pre-qualified leads, understanding their requirements, and matching them to their dream homes.
    • Preparing key documents, like representation contracts and purchase agreements
    • Arranging and conducting home showings, open houses, and client meetings.
    • Providing white-glove service throughout the transaction process.

    Qualifications:

    • A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proven track record in successful real estate sales.
    • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
    • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
    • An active SC Real Estate License (or willingness to acquire one before starting).

    Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000
